Your donations will be used for meeting the various needs of running the home and ensuring the children here get sustained care in terms of food, education and shelter. The Welfare Society For Destitute Children has Government registration and has approval as a tax-deductible organisation (with 80G , Registration u/s 12A of the I.T .Act ,1961 and FCRA registration number 083780307 dated 3/10/1985). We comply with all relevant Government laws and regulations including the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act (JJ Act 2015) and the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act (2009) and its 2019 Amendment. State government education officers regularly inspect the school infrastructure and conduct English and Maths tests twice a year.
